Recently, some companies make an interview by a behavioural interview method. It requires that you explain your skill by an example. You have to prepare it well in advance.

For a behaviour interview, it's better you just answer the question qith SAR by 3 - 6 sentances.

My first trip

When I was 12 years old, I had my first trip with my schoolmates.

It was a summer holiday. Ru, Qing and I went to visit Beidaihe, which is a famous summer resort in China, much like Hawaii in the US. The reason we went to Beidaihe was that Qing's father had a business conference there at that time.

It took us 8 hours to get there by train. Then we found a motel near to the hotel where Qing's father stayed. We met him for breakfast in his hotel every morning, and then we went to the beach. We picked shells on the beach, swam in the sea until we got tired, then we enjoyed the seafood for lunch. In the afternoon, we laid on the beach to get a suntan.

It was great. We had lots of fun there. Today, we still talk about our time there.

Maple syrup trip at Mar. 25, 2010

The trip on Mar. 25, 2010 was my first trip with the Linc school. We had a course in maple syrup production. Also we had fun there! The only thing I missed was not tasting the pancake with maple syrup because I was on a diet. I will make it up next time!!!
